Rental Qualifications & Touring Process
Information to help you get started with renting one of our properties.

Basic Rental Qualifications

  • Income Verification: Generally, prospective tenants must have a verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
  • Credit Check: A credit check will be performed. A positive credit history is required. Specific requirements may vary by property.
  • Rental History: Positive rental history from previous landlords is preferred. No evictions or outstanding debts to previous landlords.
  • Background Check: A criminal background check will be conducted.
  • Occupancy Limits: As per local regulations and property specifications.
  • Pets & Smoking: Pet policies vary by property. Please check the specific property listing. All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee may be required per adult applicant.

Our Touring Process

  1. View Available Properties: Browse our listings on the homepage.
  2. Pre-Screening: For many properties, a brief pre-screening questionnaire is required before scheduling a tour. This helps ensure a good fit and saves time for everyone.
  3. Schedule a Tour: If you pass the pre-screening (or if it's not required), you'll be able to schedule a self-guided tour for available time slots. Our system prevents double-bookings.
  4. Receive Access Code: Prior to your scheduled tour time, you will receive a temporary access code for the MojoBox (smart lockbox) at the property. This code is valid only for your scheduled tour window (typically 1 hour).
  5. Tour the Property: Enjoy your self-guided tour! Please be respectful of the property.
  6. Apply: If you love the property, you can then proceed to fill out a full rental application.
